• You initiate and manage procurement processes such as purchase orders and delivery schedules based on defined production requirements
• To ensure materials are available on time, you maintain active communication with suppliers
• You monitor ongoing procurement processes and identify potential delivery delays at an early stage, which you track consistently
• For the components under your responsibility, you ensure a balance between security of supply and minimising stock levels
• You will carry out supplier visits to stabilise and further develop the supply chain
• You will independently create, maintain and track relevant planning and master data
• Finally, you will work closely with related departments to ensure smooth material flows

• You have a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Professional experience in the areas of scheduling, materials planning or range and stock control would be an advantage
• You have a good command of MS Office and are a confident user of SAP MM
• Fluency in spoken and written German, as well as a good command of English, are assets
• A structured, responsible and independent approach to work comes naturally to you
• You possess a high degree of reliability and the ability to work well in a team
• Finally, you are characterised by strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers and related departments
