• You will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring and careful checking of material availability, and for ensuring that key delivery deadlines are met on time
• You will also be responsible for the accurate generation of call-offs and the structured maintenance of data in the SAP system to ensure smooth processes
• You will also be responsible for providing relevant key figures and data to reliably determine current material availability in day-to-day operations
• Acting as an active liaison between internal projects and other relevant specialist departments is also part of your daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the analysis and preparation of complex company data for regular internal and external reporting
• Furthermore, you will support management in the technical preparation, organisation and effective facilitation of upcoming escalation meetings

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering, or have undertaken further training to become a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
• You also have solid professional experience in materials management within the metalworking industry, as well as the ability to read technical drawings
• Your confident use of SAP and MS Office sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, make you well-suited to international project work
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of independence, personal responsibility and the necessary willingness to undertake occasional business travel
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
