Tasks

In-line inspection of profiles in accordance with specified quality standards

Placing the test parts into the water tank and starting the automated inspection process

Non-destructive ultrasonic testing of materials during ongoing production

Independent assessment of test results and classification as compliant or rejected

Precise and meticulous execution of ongoing routine and detailed tasks

Requirements

Successfully completed technical training as a materials tester or a comparable qualification with a Level 2 NDT certificate; alternatively, Level 1 if willing to undertake internal further training

Relevant professional experience in the field of ultrasonic testing

Basic IT skills for recording and documenting test results

Good written and spoken German

Willingness to work a three-shift system

High levels of reliability, precision and resilience when carrying out repetitive testing procedures

Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany

• You have completed technical training as a materials tester (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification with a Level 2 NDT certificate; alternatively, Level 1 is sufficient if you are willing to undertake internal further training
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of ultrasonic testing
• You have basic IT skills for recording and documenting test results
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• You are highly reliable, precise and able to cope with pressure, even when carrying out repetitive inspection procedures
• You place importance on working precisely and meticulously, even when carrying out ongoing routine tasks
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit are required
