• You will be responsible for independently programming complex components using two-dimensional and three-dimensional measurement technology to ensure high-quality production
• You will also be responsible for carrying out complex measurement and testing tasks, as well as systematically evaluating all drawing requirements
• You will also oversee the ongoing calibration of measurement systems with internal specialist departments and external suppliers to ensure consistently high quality standards
• Active involvement in the entire APQP process for new parts is also part of your day-to-day quality management responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the strategic development of measurement technology and modern manufacturing technologies in 3D printing
• Furthermore, you will support the team in carrying out statistical analyses and measurement system analyses for process optimisation
• Finally, you will be responsible for playing a targeted role in shaping forward-looking optimisation projects aimed at the continuous improvement of all existing internal manufacturing processes

• You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship as a toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have sound practical experience in the field of industrial metrology and in creating programmes independently
• Your solid knowledge of programming 3D co-ordinate measuring machines and common user systems sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your business fluency in spoken and written German, as well as a basic working knowledge of English, round off your profile
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of initiative, a meticulous approach to work and a strong focus on quality when carrying out complex measurement tasks
• You are also a team player, goal-oriented and consistently work in a structured manner with great commitment within a dynamic manufacturing environment
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
