• You will oversee the metrological aspects of new products from the planning stage right through to series production
• You will develop metrological solutions using tactile and optical 3D measurement technology (measurement strategy)
• You will carry out initial sampling (EMPB), particularly in the field of metrology – measurement tasks – evaluate the measurements and document the metrological results
• You will also be responsible for mass-production measurements for the body-in-white and press shop
• You will convert data into standard formats and present data and measurement results using Excel files
• In the event of deviations from the target, you will pass on information to the press shop and body-in-white production (feedback loop)
• You will develop statistical measurement reports for trend analysis and production monitoring

• You have successfully completed a three-year specialist vocational training programme or can demonstrate equivalent competence
• Knowledge of the metalworking industry (automotive sector) would be an advantage
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of programming and operating 3D measurement technology
• Good command of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile, written and spoken English are desirable
• you are willing to work multiple shifts, at weekends and on special shifts within the legal framework
