• You will carry out the mechanical assembly of complex test and measurement equipment in accordance with technical drawings
• You will assemble mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components using standardised methods, CAD drawings or eView, and set up red and green lines as required
• You test mechanical systems and check that they are functioning correctly
• You will independently implement customer-specific adaptations and modifications to the complete device
• You will machine mechanical components by drilling, sawing, turning or milling
• You will carry out troubleshooting and fault analysis on mechanical components
• You will commission, adjust and calibrate PC-controlled equipment
• You will prepare workshop reports in consultation with the supervisor (m/f/d)

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), machining technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in the field of manufacturing optical components and assemblies would also be an advantage
• You are confident in using MS Office, ERP, eDrawing, Phoenix PDM and eView
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Commitment, reliability and an independent and confident approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit completes your professional profile
