• You will be responsible for the mechanical development of highly complex RF and electronic devices for demanding aerospace applications, using state-of-the-art 3D design software
• You will develop the overall design in close consultation with all the interdisciplinary development teams involved
• You will precisely define all interfaces and, where necessary, coordinate the allocation of subtasks to team members
• You will draw up all necessary manufacturing documentation to a professional standard and make it available for production
• You will provide technical support during technical negotiations with international clients and highly specialised subcontractors
• You will evaluate complex FEM calculations and incorporate the results into the design
• Proactive data exchange with the relevant departments is also part of your responsibilities
• You will maintain and further develop the design software used to accelerate and simplify parametric design
• You will play an active role in the development of pioneering technologies in the field of mechanical design

• You must have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics or a comparable course of study
• You have extensive professional experience in the mechanical design of electronic or RF devices, as well as in 3D CAD modelling
• You have a strong command of the preparation of manufacturing documentation, FEM calculations and parametric design methods
• You have business-fluent German (C1) in both spoken and written forms, as well as a good command of English
• You bring a high degree of innovative spirit and a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration

• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
