• You will independently develop and design assemblies and individual components for printing presses
• When developing concepts for new assemblies, you will carry out the necessary cost analyses and cost comparisons
• You will oversee prototype units in terms of design, assembly, testing and process engineering, and support their development
• You will contribute to the design of products suitable for production and provide support during series production and product revisions
• Together with other specialist departments, you will systematically seek solutions and collaboratively further develop design-related issues

• You have successfully completed a university degree in mechanical engineering or hold a comparable qualification, for example as a technician (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have professional experience in design
• You are confident in using 3D CAD systems such as NX and Teamcenter
• Technical knowledge of printing press engineering is desirable and will help you settle in more easily
• Your IT skills, particularly in using Google Workspace and SAP 4/HANA, will assist you in your day-to-day work
• You carry out your tasks independently, meticulously and systematically, whilst demonstrating genuine team spirit
