You will also be responsible for the modelling, simulation and analysis of highly complex mechatronic systems, as well as the development of control algorithms for precise positioning

Furthermore, you will oversee the derivation of relevant specifications and budgets for individual components based on the analysis and simulation results obtained during the course of the project

Ensuring the implementation and testing of prototypes is also part of your remit, including the professional evaluation of all test results obtained

As part of your role, you will support close collaboration within the interdisciplinary team, as well as with external and internal clients and international development partners

Furthermore, you will support technical coordination and active dialogue with related disciplines such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and high-precision systems engineering

Finally, you will be responsible for targeted decision-making, delegation and stakeholder management to ensure the long-term development of all team members involved in the department
