Mechatronics technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will carry out diagnostic, maintenance and repair work on passenger cars and commercial vehicles
• You will test and repair electrical and electronic vehicle systems using modern diagnostic equipment
• You will maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
• Where necessary, you will professionally replace wear parts and spare parts
• You will carry out inspections and servicing in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
• You will diagnose and rectify faults in engine, transmission and chassis components
• You will check and maintain the vehicles’ air conditioning, braking and safety systems
• You carry out software updates and programming on control units
• You document the work carried out and draw up the relevant test reports
• You will carry out final functional tests and test drives for quality assurance purposes

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or commercial vehicle mechanic (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in the field of passenger cars and commercial vehicles
• You work meticulously and with a strong focus on quality
• You are characterised by technical understanding and manual dexterity
• You are willing to work on a rota basis on Saturdays
• Teamwork and communication skills come naturally to you
• Working independently and reliably are among your strengths
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
