Mechatronics technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will service and maintain production plant in the areas of injection moulding, extrusion blow moulding, assembly and logistics, including associated peripheral equipment
• You will independently analyse and rectify mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults
• You will oversee the supply systems for compressed air, vacuum, heating and cooling, as well as the supply of materials and energy
• You will operate and monitor plant control systems such as cooling systems, compressor stations and combined heat and power (CHP) units
• You will coordinate external specialist firms during maintenance and inspection work
• You will carry out assembly, modification, welding and metalwork
• You will independently implement technical improvements and optimisation measures
• You will plan, coordinate, document and monitor maintenance measures

What we are looking for

• you have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification; further training to become a master craftsman or technician is an advantage
• You have several years’ experience in industrial maintenance
• You have a good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
• You have also gained experience with plant control systems, parameterisation, metalworking and welding
• You understand electrical diagrams and can work to them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• In the event of critical faults, you are prepared to provide support even outside normal working hours
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team, and a precise and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
