• You will work in production within the assembly department, where you will assist with the manufacture of rotors
• In accordance with instructions, you will operate the magnetisation system and magnetise the rotors
• You will assign various components to the rotors and fit them in accordance with order specifications, for example when fitting brake discs
• You will set up rotor balancing machines in accordance with instructions and operate them independently
• For balancing, you mix a two-component balancing compound according to precise instructions
• You apply the weights to the rotors and carry out a simple check to ensure they are securely fixed
• You check the results of your work against the job specifications and document them as required
• You keep your working environment and workstation clean and tidy, and clean them regularly

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will have experience in operating and setting up machinery and equipment
• You understand electrical diagrams and can work to them
• You have a basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a precise and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
