WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

•Ensuring the smooth running of production on modern CNC and production systems •Carrying out maintenance, repair and optimisation work on machinery and technical equipment •Independently analysing faults and rectifying technical faults quickly and professionally •Identifying weaknesses in machinery and equipment and implementing targeted improvements •Calibrating machinery and carrying out necessary adjustments to CNC systems using SINUMERIK Operate •Analysing faults in PLC control systems using TIA Portal and Simatic S7 and making adjustments where necessary •Reliably document maintenance and repair work in the SAP system •Provide support, where required, with troubleshooting building services systems as part of on-call and stand-in duties

RELEVANT FOR YOUR CAREER START

•Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial mechanic or in a comparable field; alternatively, relevant further training with corresponding professional experience •Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems • Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics • Experience working with control systems and PLCs, ideally in the TIA Portal • An independent and structured approach to work, as well as a good technical understanding • Analytical thinking and the ability to work as part of a team •Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP •Very good command of German and a basic knowledge of English

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have a good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
• You have a basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics
• You have experience working with control technology and PLCs, ideally in the TIA Portal
• You are also confident in using MS Office
• You understand electrical diagrams and can work to them
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
