Mechatronics technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll carry out repair and maintenance work on electrical machinery and components of production plant and building services
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting are also part of your responsibilities
• You’ll play an active role in projects such as relocations, refurbishments and new builds, as well as the commissioning of machinery and plant
• You ensure that the systems are operational
• You check and adhere to the applicable health and safety measures
• You test electrical components and assemblies to ensure they are in good working order
• You will support the team with the preventative maintenance of production plant
• You will document fault reports in a traceable manner and maintain the relevant maintenance logs
• You will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth production process

What we are looking for

• You have completed a vocational training programme as an electronics technician (m/f/d) specialising in industrial engineering, a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ professional experience as an industrial electrician (m/f/d) in the maintenance department of an industrial company
• Knowledge of PLC technology (Simatic) as well as measurement and control technology is an advantage
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications
• You are characterised by a high degree of reliability
• Strong teamwork skills are one of your strengths
• You are happy to work three-shift rotas
• You have at least a basic spoken command of the German language
• A valid work permit is required
