• You will maintain, inspect and repair CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines and machining centres
• In the event of mechanical, electrical or control system faults, you will analyse the cause and reliably rectify the fault
• You will carry out preventive maintenance measures in accordance with the maintenance schedule to prevent machine downtime
• You will diagnose faults in CNC control systems, such as Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc or Heidenhain
• You provide support with machine optimisations and modifications
• You replace wear parts and spare parts and recommission machines following repairs
• You carefully document your maintenance work
• You liaise closely with Production, Quality and external service providers in the event of faults and when implementing measures
• You comply with the applicable health and safety regulations in all your work

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the maintenance and servicing of CNC machines
• You have knowledge of fault diagnosis on CNC control systems such as Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc or Heidenhain
• You understand mechanical, electrical and control-related processes and analyse faults in a structured manner
• You work carefully and reliably and document your actions conscientiously
• You consistently adhere to health and safety regulations
• As a team player with good communication skills, you coordinate effectively with production, quality control and external service providers
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
