- You will carry out demanding installation, maintenance, inspection and repair work on production systems, peripheral technology and low-voltage systems, including evaluation, documentation, testing and approval
- You will carefully analyse and rectify faults and malfunctions on machines and systems; You also regularly create backups
- You analyse and rectify faults in a wide range of complex equipment with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or vacuum components
- You carry out professional inspections and acceptance tests on electrical installations
- You repair electronic work and control systems
- You consistently implement maintenance and servicing strategies, including preventive measures
- You will actively support the spare parts management department with the supply and organisation
- You will carry out set-up work on machines and systems independently
- Your tasks will include installation work on low-voltage systems up to 1000 V
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electronics technician (m/f/d)
- Professional experience as a maintenance technician on automated production systems or cells is desirable
- Ideally, you have programming experience
- Very good knowledge of working with TIA-Portal and STEP
- Basic knowledge of welding is an advantage for you
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system is a matter of course for you
- Willingness to work, independence, a strategic approach and analytical thinking characterise you
- Fitness, flexibility and a quick grasp are desirable
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
