Your responsibilities

• In your role, you’ll be responsible for managing appointments and telephone calls
• Organising the running of the practice and consultation hours will form part of your remit
• You’ll support the doctors (m/f/d) in treating patients
• You will prepare for preventive medical check-ups
• You will handle billing in accordance with the EBM and GOÄ
• You will manage the ordering process

What we’re looking for

• You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or a healthcare assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have experience in managing consultation schedules and organising a paediatric practice
• Experience in assisting with preventive health check-ups would be an advantage
• You have knowledge of billing (EBM/GOÄ)
• Experience with MEDISTAR would be an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You are friendly, a team player, flexible and service-oriented
• A strong sense of responsibility rounds off your profile
