• You will be responsible for accepting patients and looking after them before, during and after treatment
• Assigning and coordinating appointments is one of your tasks
• You will ensure that the practice runs smoothly and maintain an overview
• You will carry out office and administrative tasks conscientiously
• You will also be responsible for billing services
• You will provide support with patient tasks

• You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have experience in the organisation of consultation hours and practices
• You have good IT skills and are confident working with digital systems
• With your organisational talent, you design the practice workflow efficiently and in a structured manner
