• You will be responsible for organising the storage of medical equipment and keeping track of stock levels
• You will manage and monitor the dispatch of equipment to hospitals in collaboration with courier service providers
• You will prepare consignments, draw up the dispatch documents and track deliveries until they are delivered
• You will carefully machine-disinfect instruments and endoscopes and document the reprocessing
• Upon return from the clinics, you will carry out functional checks on the medical equipment correctly
• You will record and process commercial transactions as part of order fulfilment, from order acceptance through to completion
• You will maintain records of orders and equipment movements in the ERP system and in MS Office applications
• You will act as the point of contact for technical support, assisting with technical enquiries from clinics

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or Medical Devices Consultant (m/f/d), or have completed a technical vocational apprenticeship
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in order processing or in the medical technology sector
• You have sound IT skills and are confident using MS Office and ERP systems
• Good written and spoken German are part of your profile
