- You will carry out cytological and microscopic examinations of blood samples and professionally assess blood smears
- As part of instrumental analysis, you will operate modern laboratory equipment, monitor the analysis runs and carry out regular maintenance on the equipment
- You carry out specialised diagnostic tests in haematology and prepare the results for medical interpretation
- In haemostaseology, you analyse coagulation parameters and carefully document the measured values
- You carry out immunohaematology tests, such as blood group determination and compatibility tests, in accordance with current standards
- You carry out quality controls and document results and any abnormalities comprehensively
- You check results for plausibility and record them in the laboratory information system
