• You will be responsible for independently carrying out routine and emergency analyses for clients in the fields of clinical chemistry, haematology and immuno-haematology
• You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth supply of the necessary blood products to clients from the existing blood bank
• You will also oversee the continuous and independent monitoring of all test results generated in the laboratory, as well as ensuring compliance with our high internal quality standards
• Your responsibilities also include the valid technical approval of test results using state-of-the-art and, in some cases, fully automated analysers
• As part of your role, you will support the accurate documentation of all laboratory analyses carried out, as well as the preparation of samples for the relevant specialist departments
• Furthermore, you will assist with the professional maintenance and calibration of the state-of-the-art laboratory systems to ensure flawless analysis results in day-to-day routine operations
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all hygiene regulations and safety standards in the laboratory area, as well as for constructive collaboration with neighbouring departments

• You have completed training as a Medical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d), Biological Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) or a degree in Biology (m/f/d)
• you also have some initial practical experience in a routine medical laboratory or sound knowledge in the field of clinical diagnostics
• You stand out for your confident use of modern laboratory information systems, as well as standard MS Office applications and analytical equipment
• Your command of German, both spoken and written, is at native level, enabling smooth communication within the team
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and are highly motivated to familiarise yourself with new subject areas
• Finally, you are an excellent team player and always work independently, with precision and a consistently high standard of quality
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
