Medical Technologist in Laboratory Analysis (m/f/d)

On behalf of an established medical laboratory, we are seeking, as part of a **temporary staffing arrangement**, dedicated laboratory specialists who enjoy precise diagnostics and state-of-the-art analytical technology.

Your responsibilities

• You will carry out routine analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, haematology and haemostaseology independently – including the differentiation and assessment of blood counts
• You will monitor test results, check them for plausibility and carry out technical validation and approval
• You are experienced and confident in working with state-of-the-art, automated analysis systems
• You will play an active role in quality assurance measures and the further development of work processes
• Finally, you will process a wide range of samples with diverse diagnostic queries reliably and meticulously

What we’re looking for

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an MTL (MTLA), BTA or CTA, or hold a degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedicine (B.Sc.) or a comparable field
• You are willing to work shifts, including early, late and night shifts
• You are experienced and confident in working with automated analysis systems and state-of-the-art laboratory technology
• You have a genuine interest in technical procedures and diagnostic processes
• You work meticulously and reliably, even when dealing with a wide range of samples and diverse issues
• You are able to work independently and take on a high level of responsibility
