• You will be responsible for the independent assembly of a one-way valve comprising approximately 12 micro and precision components (plastic/rubber)
• This involves manually detaching components from the carrier sheet, snapping seals into place, positioning valves with tweezers, and securing a diaphragm with a glue gun in your hand
• You will also be responsible for operating station-specific assembly jigs, dispensing guns and lubricant application tools
• Your duties also include operating electronic testing equipment at two stations (touchscreen, order number entry, pass/fail assessment) is part of your role
• you will also be responsible for reading and following written assembly instructions
• you are responsible for carrying out 100 per cent self-inspection of every work step, including independently identifying and reporting faults

• Ideally, you will have a basic understanding of how to operate simple equipment (electronic testers) or comparable experience
• You must have German language skills at a minimum of B1 level (or agreed language support) and a valid work permit
• You are also willing to adapt to the required work rhythm during a training period lasting several days (3–5 shifts)
• A strong focus on quality and a sense of personal responsibility are just as much a given for you as reliability and punctuality
• Fine motor skills for precision work with very small parts and a willingness to carry out repetitive, focused work, predominantly whilst standing, round off your profile
