• You will weld and tack complex assemblies in accordance with specifications
• Using technical drawings, you will prepare for production and implement the dimensions and specifications precisely
• You select the appropriate welding process and carry it out cleanly and reliably
• You cut components and workpieces to size, align them and adapt them for further processing
• You fabricate steel and metal structures and assemble them into sub-assemblies
• After welding, you finish the welds, for example by grinding or deburring
• You independently check welds and dimensional accuracy and correct any deviations
• You set up welding equipment, fixtures and your workstation and keep them in good order
• If you have any questions regarding execution or procedures, you consult with colleagues and supervisors
• In doing so, you comply with the applicable health and safety and quality requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• You hold a valid welding certificate
• You have already gained experience in all standard welding processes
• A strong technical understanding is one of your strengths
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You impress with your communication and teamwork skills
• You are characterised by physical fitness, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
