• You will produce high-precision components and workpieces according to drawings, work plans and instructions, ensuring very low shape and position tolerances
• Tools,
• You independently select and optimise machining parameters and clamping devices
• You carry out quality checks as part of worker self-monitoring and correct the process independently if necessary
• You reliably implement TPM measures (preventive maintenance) according to the plan

• You have completed training in a metalworking profession, ideally as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d) or in a comparable specialisation
• You have knowledge of surface grinding, both conventional and CNC
• You can read drawings confidently and apply them professionally
• Highest quality awareness and and confident handling of precision measuring equipment characterise you
• Your spoken German allows reliable communication and you have valid working papers
• You are flexible and ready to work on several machines at the same time
