• You will be responsible for manufacturing aluminium window sashes and frames in your designated area
• You will machine and manufacture door leaves and door frames to a professional standard in accordance with the relevant specifications
• You will cut, machine and assemble aluminium profiles in accordance with technical drawings and parts lists
• You will fit hardware components into window frames and adjust them to ensure they function correctly
• You will fit sashes precisely into the frames and adjust the glazing beads exactly
• You will fit sealing profiles neatly and with a precise fit
• You carry out maintenance and repair work on sashes to a professional standard
• During day-to-day operations, you monitor machine parameters and report any anomalies immediately
• During production, you check the dimensions and quality of components and document relevant processes in accordance with specifications
• You keep your work area clean whilst observing the applicable health and safety regulations

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have extensive experience in the production of windows and doors
• You can read technical drawings confidently and are thoroughly familiar with profile systems
• Good to very good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You are willing to work on a single-shift system
• You are characterised by a high degree of manual dexterity and reliability
• A valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
