• You grind metal parts made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium, either by hand or using a machine
• You grind weld seams cleanly, removing burrs and sharp edges in the process
• You smooth and derust surfaces and prepare them for further processing, such as painting or coating
• You work with angle grinders, belt sanders, grinding blocks and other grinding machines
• You select the appropriate abrasive and change it as required
• You inspect workpieces against drawings or specifications and check dimensions and surfaces
• You mark finished parts, set them aside or pack them
• You clean and maintain tools and machines and keep your workstation tidy
• You report any anomalies, faults or machine damage immediately

• Some experience in grinding or metalworking is an advantage, but not essential for you
• You have good manual dexterity and are confident in using grinders and hand tools
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level)
• You require a valid work permit
• You are reliable and responsible in your day-to-day work
