• You will implement the specifications set out in design drawings and manufacture components from aluminium and stainless steel under the guidance of experienced colleagues
• You will also cut metal parts to precise dimensions, check measurements and quality, and be responsible for the preparation and finishing of workpieces
• You will assemble both intricate parts and large components, work with a variety of tools, and help ensure that metalworking operations run efficiently
• You will also be responsible for cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the machines and workstations used, and will keep the production environment safe and in good working order
• You will be actively involved in quality control, checking finished parts against specifications, reporting any deviations to the relevant specialist and carefully documenting your work steps
• Finally, you’ll flexibly support the team with various assembly tasks, be open to changing responsibilities and help ensure production runs smoothly

• Even without formal qualifications, you can successfully get started as a motivated trainee or career changer in the metalworking sector and make an immediate contribution
• You also have manual dexterity, a good understanding of technical matters and some initial practical experience of working with metal and tools
• You have good to very good written and spoken German and can reliably follow work instructions and safety regulations
• Furthermore, you are meticulous, reliable and a team player, which means you’ll fit seamlessly into existing teams and work processes
• Finally, you are committed, keen to learn and work independently, whilst always maintaining a clear overview even when dealing with a variety of tasks
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
