• Maintain, repair and optimise machines, casting systems and operating equipment
• Assemble and dismantle casting moulds and dies, clean them and prepare them professionally
• Weld, drill, grind and cut components according to technical drawings
• Heavy casting moulds, raw materials and finished parts safely with the help of an indoor crane and forklift
• You quickly recognise faults in ongoing production operations and rectify them to avoid downtimes
• You ensure quality assurance by carrying out dimensional checks and visual inspections of the processed workpieces and moulds

• You have completed vocational training as a fitter (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• A valid industrial truck licence, i.e. a forklift licence, as well as a crane licence, preferably for indoor or overhead cranes, is a must
• Experience in the foundry, mould making or in the metal industry is an advantage for you
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• You have a good knowledge of German for the safe implementation of work instructions and safety regulations
• You are characterised by manual skills, a pronounced awareness of quality and a high level of safety awareness when handling heavy loads
• You have a valid work permit
