• You will advise and support our customers on all matters relating to natural stone, whilst catering to their individual wishes and requirements
• In specialist retail outlets, you will sell natural stone products and present suitable solutions for each project
• You will enter and process orders independently in the IT system
• You will draw up quotations and follow them up consistently until the sale is concluded
• As part of our customer-focused order processing, you’ll provide support from the point of ordering right through to handover
• You’ll communicate confidently and in a service-oriented manner with a variety of customer groups, including private customers, tradespeople and commercial clients
• You will coordinate deadlines, availability and specific details of orders with customers and internal departments
• You will handle enquiries, requests for changes and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a

wholesale and foreign trade clerk

(m/f/d),

retail sales assistant (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have experience in the building materials trade, ideally in the natural stone sector or specialist retail
• you have experience in drafting and processing orders
• you are confident using MS Office and the IT system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
