• You will be responsible for programming independently, setting up and configuring the machine
• This involves producing parts to specification in accordance with drawings and work plans
• You will also be responsible for deburring and manually finishing the produced parts
• You will also be responsible for carrying out quality control independently (in accordance with the instructions for operator self-inspection) and performing specified tests in accordance with the work plan
• You will be responsible for the correct operation of the machine data acquisition system (Coscom)
• You will also be responsible for rectifying faults in consultation with your supervisor
• You will ensure that materials are assembled and labelled for the respective production process
• You will also ensure compliance with all safety regulations, order and cleanliness
• last but not least, your duties include carrying out regular maintenance in accordance with the maintenance schedule

• You have completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, preferably as a machinist (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You also have experience with the Donau Danumercier range of machines, CNC high-speed radial drilling machine with jib, as well as the Ibarmia AZ 34 / Alzmetall AB3
• You are confident in working with technical drawings, measuring and testing equipment
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are also an advantage
• You are also willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
