• You will provide active support for the lifecycle management of access switches to ensure a stable and highly available network infrastructure
• You will also be responsible for the professional configuration and administration of routing, switching, firewalls, as well as proxy and load-balancing systems as part of day-to-day operations
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the prompt identification and permanent resolution of any vulnerabilities and security risks that arise within the entire complex network infrastructure
• The independent creation and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation and system descriptions are also part of your varied daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will provide solution-oriented support for the technical planning and reorganisation of small- and medium-scale projects
• Furthermore, you will actively support the team in the development and practical implementation of new technical concepts within the dynamic network environment

• You have successfully completed a degree at a university or university of applied sciences in Computer Science, Business Informatics or another technical discipline
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in the administration and management of complex network structures and IT security architectures
• your sound knowledge of BGP, Cisco SDA and F5 WAF, as well as in the operation of firewalls, VPNs, routers and load balancing
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, perfectly round off your technical profile
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
