• You carry out a thorough assessment of people with long-term neurological conditions, taking into account any possible comorbidities
• You carry out a comprehensive nursing assessment independently
• You plan care and evaluate interventions in line with the patient’s changing health needs

• You have completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d), e.g. as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d)
• You have some initial experience in neurological care
• You are also willing to work a three-shift rota
• You are characterised by appropriate communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
