• You will draft deeds and contracts, for example for property purchases, marriage contracts, wills or enduring powers of attorney
• You will also oversee the entire execution of deeds
• You will prepare entries in the land register, the commercial register or the register of associations
• You will also handle telephone calls and correspondence with public authorities, banks, courts and the contracting parties
• You create, maintain and archive notarial files, and monitor deadlines and follow-up reminders
• In addition, you produce copies, transcripts and certified copies

• You have completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d), notary assistant (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Your profile includes a very good knowledge of notarial practice
• A sound knowledge of RA Micro would be an advantage
• You also have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
