• You are responsible for answering and forwarding calls
• You coordinate appointments
• You are also responsible for drawing up contracts, wills and powers of attorney for divorce

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), notary clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have gained experience in accounting
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
