• You will be responsible for the comprehensive provision of active personal care for residents, in accordance with all applicable guidelines and standards
• You will assist with the mobility and repositioning of residents
• You will also be responsible for promptly initiating life-saving emergency measures and immediately notifying the doctor on duty in acute emergencies
• As part of your role, you will support the comprehensive and meticulous recording of all relevant care data in modern digital care documentation software
• You will assist with care and provide support in everyday life
• You will also assist with the preparation of meals, chopping food into bite-sized pieces, enriching meals and serving drinks

• You have some initial practical professional experience in elderly care or nursing and possess a sound knowledge of care documentation
• Your confident use of standard MS Officeapplications, as well as some experience with specialist care documentation software, are key to your day-to-day work
• You have excellent written and spoken German and always communicate clearly and empathetically with all residents
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of social skills and strong empathy in your respectful interactions with residents
• Finally, you are an excellent team player and always work reliably, in a structured manner and with a strong sense of responsibility during your daily shifts
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
