• You will support the residents with basic care by helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, feeding and mobilisation
• you will reliably document vital signs and assist with everyday tasks
• you will carry out light housekeeping tasks and support the specialists on site
• you will be responsible for administering medication and assisting with treatment care
• you will work as part of a team and collaborate with other professional groups on an interdisciplinary basis

• Ideally, you have completed training as a care assistant (m/f/d), geriatric care assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification; As a care assistant (m/f/d), you can also start without training
• You have empathy and social skills and treat older people or people in need of help with respect
• Your first experience in nursing or care is an advantage for you
• Good knowledge of German makes it easier for you to communicate within the team and with the residents
• You work responsibly and reliably, especially with documentation and quality standards
