• You will help to enhance residents’ quality of life through personalised, holistic and stimulating care and support
• You assist the nursing staff with basic care and support tasks and carry out specified care tasks independently, taking into account the specific basic needs of individual residents
• You maintain close contact with residents and pass on important information to nursing staff and the residential unit management
• You play an active role in creating and maintaining good working and living conditions in the residential unit
• You will monitor residents’ health and carefully document your observations
• You will continuously participate in quality improvement measures
• You will responsibly support efforts to ensure the quality of outcomes

• You have completed vocational training as a care assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), care support worker (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), or a nursing assistant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have completed a basic nursing course or have already gained experience in nursing
• you are mobile; a driving licence and a car are an advantage
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts
