• You will assist the nursing staff with the day-to-day care of residents
• As part of therapeutic care, you will provide support in accordance with the instructions of the specialist staff
• During mealtimes, you serve meals and drinks to residents and ensure they consume sufficient food and fluids
• You accompany residents to the toilet and assist them with toileting
• You help residents get dressed and undressed, whilst encouraging their independence
• You assist residents with mobility and changing position
• If there are any changes in a resident’s condition, you will immediately inform the responsible nurse
• You will document the care measures carried out in accordance with the facility’s guidelines

• You have completed vocational training as a care assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), care support worker (m/f/d), nursing support worker (m/f/d), nursing support assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Your profile includes spoken German and a valid work permit
• You treat people in need of care with respect, empathy and patience
• You are characterised by reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• You conscientiously document the care measures you have carried out
• The ability to work as part of a team and communicate openly with nursing staff and residents comes naturally to you
