• You will support people in need of care with basic care tasks, such as personal hygiene and getting dressed and undressed
• At mealtimes, you will help with eating and drinking and ensure they drink enough fluids
• You will assist with treatment-related care as prescribed by a doctor, such as administering medication, changing dressings or giving injections, insofar as this falls within your remit
• In day-to-day life, you look after and support those in need of care and organise joint activities
• You support people with mobility and stimulation and help them with repositioning and transfers
• You carry out general support tasks, such as making beds and tidying rooms, as well as preparing care supplies
• You ensure that the care measures carried out are documented correctly
• Depending on your place of work, you will work in care homes for the elderly, hospitals, outpatient care services, rehabilitation centres or care and support services

• You have completed vocational training as a care assistant (m/f/d), care support worker (m/f/d), care aide (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), nursing support assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of basic and therapeutic care is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are flexible and able to work in a variety of settings, such as care homes, hospitals or outpatient services
• You are characterised by an empathetic, respectful and patient approach to people in need of care
• The ability to work as part of a team and open, clear communication come naturally to you
