• You have completed a three-year training programme in nursing or medicine, for example as a registered nurse (m/f/d), a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have successfully completed further training in nursing management with a state-recognised additional qualification
• You already have professional experience as a nursing manager (m/f/d)
• You are characterised by assertiveness and empathy
• Management and leadership skills round off your profile
