Job description
- You are responsible for the central management of planned and unplanned patient admissions
- You are responsible for the daily evaluation and coordination of bed capacities
- You coordinate the admission process in close cooperation with the nursing departments
- You are also responsible for optimising and continuously developing the occupancy and admission processes
- You work in close, interprofessional cooperation with internal specialist departments and cooperating hospitals
Requirements
- You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), healthcare assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- With your professional experience in occupancy management, patient management, hospital administration or nursing, you will score points, hospital administration or care sector
- you have a sound knowledge of MS Office
- your strong service orientation and a confident, engaging manner speak for you
- a structured, independent and responsible way of working is a matter of course for you
- teamwork and organisational skills round off your profile
