• You will be responsible for carrying out preventive occupational health examinations in accordance with legal and trade association requirements in order to promote the health and well-being of employees on site in the long term
• In addition, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice to managers and employees on all health protection issues, in particular the ergonomic design of workplaces
• In addition, you will look after employees and actively support them in company reintegration processes after prolonged illness in order to facilitate and promote a smooth reintegration into working life
• close cooperation with the occupational safety specialist (m/f/d) and other stakeholders:
• within the company health management team, you will also be responsible for developing holistic solutions
• as part of your role, you will support the comprehensive implementation of all relevant tasks in accordance with the requirements of DGUV Regulation 2 in order to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
• finally, you will be responsible for the creation and regular evaluation of risk assessments within the company in order to identify potential health risks at an early stage and take preventative action

• You have further training as a specialist in occupational medicine (m/f/d) or the additional title of occupational physician (m/f/d), which underlines your high medical qualification for this field
• In addition, you have completed training as a human medicine specialist (m/f/d) as a sound basis for your work as a qualified specialist (m/f/d) in the occupational health environment
• You are characterised by your sound professional experience as an occupational physician (m/f/d) as well as extensive knowledge in the application of modern concepts of occupational health management and prevention
• Your confident knowledge in the use of common practice software as well as the common MS Office applications enable you to efficiently document medical data in everyday work

• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English
• In addition, you have a high degree of empathy and strong communication skills, to build trusting relationships with the employees and contact persons to be supervised
