• You will advise specialist staff and managers on compliance with health and safety and accident prevention regulations
• You will use your specialist expertise to assist with the procurement of technical personal protective equipment
• You contribute to the design of workstations, work processes and the working environment from an ergonomic perspective
• You carry out workstation and risk assessments independently
• You work closely with the works council and the relevant regulatory authorities
• You prepare and chair health and safety committee meetings
• You monitor compliance with legal requirements and document your observations and the measures taken
• During site inspections, you identify sources of danger and devise appropriate protective measures
• You will train and raise awareness amongst staff on occupational health and safety issues
• You will analyse accidents and near-misses and develop preventive measures based on your findings

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or engineer (m/f/d), preferably with a qualification as an occupational safety specialist
• Ideally, you will have an additional qualification as a fire safety officer (m/f/d) with
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of occupational safety in accordance with DGUV V2
• You have a good command of MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• A friendly and customer-focused manner, as well as strong advisory skills, are among your strengths
• Good communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
