• You advise managers and staff on compliance with health and safety and accident prevention regulations
• You provide expert advice on the procurement of technical work equipment and personal protective equipment
• You contribute to the design of workstations, work processes and the working environment, as well as to ergonomic issues
• You carry out workplace and risk assessments independently and document the results
• You work closely with the works council and the relevant regulatory authorities
• You prepare, chair and take minutes at occupational health and safety committee meetings
• You will monitor the implementation of health and safety measures and make recommendations for optimisation where necessary
• During site inspections, you will identify potential sources of danger and initiate appropriate protective measures
• You raise staff awareness through training and briefings on occupational health and safety issues
• You are regularly on site in the Dresden and Bautzen areas to advise and support the sites under your supervision

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a technician (m/f/d), a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or an Engineer (m/f/d), ideally with a specialisation in occupational safety, as well as, where applicable, an additional qualification as a fire safety officer (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of occupational health and safety in accordance with DGUV V2
• You have sound IT skills and are confident using MS Office as well as modern communication tools
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a Class B driving licence and are willing to travel within the Dresden and Bautzen areas
• You are characterised by strong advisory skills, as well as good communication and teamwork skills
