• You advise managers and staff on compliance with health and safety and accident prevention regulations
• You provide expert advice on the procurement of technical work equipment and personal protective equipment
• You contribute to the design of workstations, work processes and the working environment from an ergonomic perspective
• You carry out workplace and risk assessments independently and document the results
• You work closely with the works council and the relevant regulatory authorities
• You plan and chair meetings of the health and safety committee
• You contribute to the drafting and updating of operating instructions and training programmes
• You monitor compliance with safety standards on site and raise issues regarding improvement measures
• During site inspections, you identify potential hazards and implement appropriate protective measures
• You record and analyse workplace accidents and develop preventive measures to avoid them

• You have completed training as a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or engineer (m/f/d), preferably as an occupational safety specialist, ideally supplemented by additional qualifications such as a fire safety officer
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of occupational safety in accordance with DGUV V2
• You have a sound knowledge of IT and are confident in using standard MS Office applications and digital tools
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Your strengths include strong advisory skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, and a customer-focused approach
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
