• You will advise specialist departments on compliance with health and safety and accident prevention regulations
• You will provide advice on the procurement of technical work equipment and personal protective equipment
• You provide support in the design of workstations, work processes and the working environment, as well as on matters relating to ergonomics
• You carry out workstation and risk assessments independently and keep them up to date
• You will work closely with the works council and the relevant regulatory authorities
• You will prepare and chair occupational health and safety committee meetings
• Regular site inspections to identify sources of danger are also part of your responsibilities
• You train and instruct staff on occupational health and safety matters
• You play an active role in investigating and documenting workplace accidents
• You assist with the preparation and supervision of internal and external occupational safety audits

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or engineer (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by a qualification as a health and safety specialist
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of occupational health and safety in accordance with DGUV V2
• You are confident and experienced in using MS Office
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• you have a friendly and customer-focused manner
• consulting skills, as well as good communication and teamwork skills, are among your strengths
