• You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and expert advice to all clients on ensuring reliable compliance with all statutory health and safety regulations and relevant accident prevention regulations
• You will also be responsible for providing tailored advice on the procurement of modern personal protective equipment, as well as technical work safety and body protection equipment
• Furthermore, you will oversee the preventive design of workstations, work processes and the entire working environment, taking into account all ergonomic principles and statutory standards
• Your responsibilities also include the professional preparation and continuous updating of detailed workplace and risk assessments for the companies under your supervision
• As part of your role, you will support close and trusting cooperation with elected works council bodies, employers’ liability insurance associations and the relevant government supervisory authorities
• Furthermore, you will assist with the regular preparation, organisation and professional running of health and safety committee meetings at the respective clients’ premises
• Finally, you will be responsible for the systematic documentation of all safety measures implemented, as well as the ongoing monitoring of defined health and safety measures within the system

• You have completed further training as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d) as well as an apprenticeship as a technician (m/f/d), Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Safety Engineer (m/f/d)
• you also have sound practical professional experience in the field of occupational safety in accordance with DGUV V2 and, ideally, an additional qualification as a Fire Safety Officer (m/f/d)
• You are distinguished by your confident use of standard MS Office applications and modern digital communication tools, complemented by a valid Class B driving licence
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, enabling you to communicate confidently with all internal and external contacts in day-to-day business
• Furthermore, you possess a high level of consulting expertise, strong communication skills and a consistently friendly and customer-focused manner
• Finally, you are an excellent team player, demonstrate a proactive and structured approach to work, and impress with your high level of reliability
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
