• You will carry out risk assessments in occupational health and safety in accordance with current guidelines
• You will analyse and follow up on workplace accidents, using methods such as 5M analyses and OPL
• You will train and instruct employees on topics relevant to occupational safety
• You will carry out regular safety and site inspections
• You will draw up, maintain and archive them in a structured manner
• You will continuously document and monitor environmental and energy performance indicators
• Energy assessments are also part of your remit
• You will coordinate programmes relating to environmental and occupational safety

• You have completed vocational training in a technical or scientific field, e.g. as an industrial foreman in metalworking (m/f/d), Environmental Protection Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification with a Bachelor’s degree
• Training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d) is an advantage
• Additional qualifications in the fields of energy, the environment or as an AwSV officer are desirable
• You have teaching experience in delivering training content
• You are confident in handling key performance indicators and analyse them in a targeted manner
• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You demonstrate your communication skills particularly well in facilitating sessions, giving presentations and public speaking
