• You will support customers by telephone and in writing
• You will liaise with specialist retailers regarding orders and complaints
• You will draw up quotations independently
• You will also process orders reliably
• Occasionally, you will be on site in person to assist end customers with bespoke orders

• You have a basic understanding of business matters
• You also have some initial experience in the hairdressing sector, e.g. as a hairdresser (m/f/d)
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• Your strong willingness to learn is one of your key strengths
